1. About Forkful
Forkful sells digital recipe books, meal plans and kitchen guides through tryforkful.com. You can contact us at airliefreedom@gmail.com or through our Get in Touch page.
These terms cover purchases from tryforkful.com and your use of the website and purchased files. Please read them with our Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Our digital products
We sell downloadable PDF recipe books, meal plans and kitchen guides in English. No physical book is shipped. Files are supplied in ZIP packages, which you need to extract before opening the PDFs on a compatible phone, tablet or computer.
The main bundle contains The Feel-Good Kitchen, the 14-Day Gut Reset and the Quick-Start Kitchen Pack. Other collections are separate add-ons. Your order summary identifies the products included in your purchase.
Payment is one-off. There is no subscription or separate access-plan charge. Your purchase includes the files described at the time you order; it does not automatically include every future edition, new product or personal consultation.
3. Prices and placing an order
Our base prices are in US dollars. Shopify may display prices in a local currency according to the market selected. Review your currency, selected products, quantities, discounts, any applicable taxes and final total at checkout before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee.
You can review and remove add-ons before placing an order. An offer for one product does not mean that all additional books are included at that product's price. Additional charges require your agreement as required by applicable law.
You must be legally able to make the purchase, or have the necessary permission from a parent or guardian, and be authorised to use the payment method you choose. Provide accurate contact and billing details so payment and delivery can be completed.
We confirm an accepted order by email after successful payment. If an error prevents us from supplying what you ordered, we will contact you to resolve it, including refunding an unfulfilled purchase where required. We will not increase an agreed price or substitute a different product without your agreement.
4. Delivery, access and refunds
Our Digital Products service sends download links to the checkout email address after successful payment. Pending or unsuccessful payments do not release the files. There is no physical shipping charge for ebook-only orders.
You need an internet connection to download the files and a PDF reader to use them. Save your own copy and a backup. You can keep and read your purchased PDFs offline under the personal-use licence below. Online hosting and compatibility with every future device are not guaranteed indefinitely; this does not limit the access promised in your product description or any mandatory remedy.
If a link or file does not work, contact us with your purchase details. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day satisfaction guarantee and your rights where a product is faulty or misdescribed. Our Cancellation Policy explains cancellation requests. Reading these terms does not, by itself, waive a statutory right to cancel.
5. Personal-use permission
Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, save and print the supplied books for your own personal and household use. You may cook the recipes and keep your own working notes.
You must not resell the files, upload them for public access, share paid download links, distribute copies outside your household, or offer the books as your own work. Copyright and other rights remain with their respective owners. This licence does not restrict any use that the law independently permits.
After a full refund for a product, stop using the refunded files and delete your downloaded copies, subject to any non-excludable legal rights.
6. Recipe and wellbeing information
Our books provide general cooking and meal-planning information. They are not personalised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. References to gut health, digestion, immune health or wellbeing do not guarantee a health outcome.
Check ingredient labels and allergens, cook and store food safely, and adapt recipes to your circumstances. Nutrition values, where provided, are estimates and vary with ingredients and portions. Seek appropriate professional advice if a medical condition, medication, pregnancy or food allergy affects your dietary needs.
The current editions include recipes adapted from credited published sources and have not been independently cook-tested by Forkful. Some food images are illustrative or generated, so the appearance of your finished dish may differ.
7. Website use and responsibility
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, access another customer's order without permission, or introduce harmful code. Any restriction placed on access because of misuse remains subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
We take reasonable care with our products and website, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every technical issue will be avoided. This does not excuse us from supplying the products you purchased or from providing any remedy required by law.
We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your rights and remedies under applicable consumer law take priority over inconsistent wording in these terms.
8. Changes and resolving concerns
We may update these terms for future orders. The version provided when you buy applies to that purchase, unless a change is legally required or separately agreed with you. You can save or print these terms for your records.
Contact us if something has gone wrong so we can try to resolve it. You remain free to use any regulator, tribunal, court or other complaint route available to you. These terms do not remove protections or dispute rights that apply in your country.
