Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
We want your Forkful books to be useful in your kitchen. If a purchased ebook or bundle is not right for you, contact us within 30 calendar days of purchase and we will refund the amount you paid for that product. You do not need to give a reason, although feedback is always welcome.
The guarantee applies to the main bundle and each paid add-on. Downloading or opening your books does not disqualify you from this guarantee.
How to request a refund
Email airliefreedom@gmail.com or use our Get in Touch page. Include the email address used at checkout, the order number if available, and the book or bundle you would like refunded. If you cannot find your order number, we can use other purchase details to locate your order.
For a file or download problem, a short description of the issue is helpful. Please do not send full payment-card details, passwords or medical information.
What is refunded
A full refund covers the amount actually paid for the relevant product, including any tax charged on it. It is based on the purchase price after discounts, not a crossed-out comparison price.
The main bundle is sold as one product and includes The Feel-Good Kitchen, the 14-Day Gut Reset and the Quick-Start Kitchen Pack. A refund of this bundle covers its full purchase price. Add-ons are separate products, so refunding one add-on does not require you to refund the rest of your order.
We return refunds to the original payment method wherever possible and let you know when they have been issued. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. Any refund deadline required by applicable law takes priority.
Downloaded and printed copies
There is nothing to post back. After a full refund, your personal-use licence for the refunded product ends. Please delete its downloaded copies and stop using or distributing any printed copies. This does not affect the books you have kept and paid for, or any rights you have under applicable law.
Missing, faulty or incorrect files
If a file will not download or open, the wrong book arrives, or the content does not match what was sold, contact us. We will investigate and provide the replacement, correction, refund or other remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee is additional to your legal rights. It is not a deadline for reporting faulty or misdescribed content, and digital products are not automatically excluded from consumer protections.
Cancellation and consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, its consumer guarantees continue to apply to your purchase.
If you have a statutory cooling-off or cancellation right, that right also remains available unless it has lawfully ended. We do not treat reading this policy or downloading a file, by itself, as a waiver of those rights. Where immediate digital supply requires separate consent and acknowledgement, those requirements must be met before any related cancellation right can be lost.
