Books for your screen, or your kitchen counter
Our products are downloadable PDF books. There is no printed book, parcel or shipping charge. You can read the files on a phone, tablet or computer, and print a copy for your own use.
The main bundle contains The Feel-Good Kitchen, the 14-Day Gut Reset and the Quick-Start Kitchen Pack. Additional collections are separate, optional purchases. Your order summary will show the books you have chosen.
How you receive your ebooks
Purchased ebooks are supplied by download after successful payment. Use a valid email address at checkout and keep your order confirmation so we can help you access the books you purchased. A pending or unsuccessful payment does not release the files.
There are no postage fees, dispatch times, parcels or tracking numbers for Forkful ebooks. Checkout may request a billing address for payment or tax purposes; this does not mean a physical item will be sent.
Opening and saving your books
You will need an internet connection to download the files and a device that can open PDFs. Your purchase is packaged as a ZIP file: extract the folder first, then open the individual books in your usual PDF reader.
Save a copy somewhere you can find it again, such as your device's Books or Documents folder, and keep a backup. Downloaded files can be read offline. A purchase does not include a subscription, a separate access-plan fee or a promise of unlimited future editions.
If your files do not arrive or open
- Check that payment completed and that the email address on your order is correct.
- Look in your junk, spam and promotions folders for the delivery message.
- Try downloading again on a stable connection. If the file is a ZIP, extract it before opening the PDFs.
- Use our Get in Touch page for help, with your order number and the email used at checkout. Never send card details or passwords.
We will help investigate missing, incorrect or damaged files and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable consumer law. See our Refund Policy.
Access and availability
Keep your own copy of each purchased book. Saved PDFs can be kept and read offline. If you lose your download details, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
On the Shopify store, the country selector shows the available markets and their currencies. Review the final total at checkout before payment. The local design preview does not take payments.
